I would strongly recommend Shivlaxmi Group for bathroom fittings and home décor. What sets them apart is not just their prompt service, but the way they guide you and suggest products that actually fit your needs and taste, all while keeping pricing very competitive. My experience goes beyond bathroom fittings too. I got my terrace ceiling done with VOX soffit panels through them, and the result was fantastic. They offered a good price on the VOX product and have a very skilled team of applicators who did a commendable job. Highly recommended!

TL;DR Amazing customer service, great range of products, great price-points While major retail/service brands tom-tom their customer friendliness while quietly making it more difficult for customers to address issues, Shivlaxmi is this small store in the heart of the city that goes above and beyond even for a small order like mine. I cannot thank Bhaven and his brother, the owners of the store, enough for being very patient with my multiple visits, all my queries and requests including rescheduling transport multiple times because I fell ill. Also, even if the store looks small, they have access to a massive range of products across all price-points and to suit every budget, through their distributors. You just need to ask.
