JAQUAR offered 11 years on sight service warranty. I am using JAQUAR Brand in my all 4 bathrooms,kitchen & wash/garden area. No Major problem since last 5 years of purchase.in some minor problems company responded immediately & send there technicians on site, and resolved problem. The coustomer care executives on toll free number of JAQUAR are also quite polite & helpfull to resolve problems. the owners of firm umiya enterprise, are also very helpfull in after sales service, along with JAQUAR Brand. in future expansion of my home i will certainly purchase JAQUAR Brand fittings once again. owerall nice experience from company & local dealer m/s umiya enterprise.
