Had a very good experience with Prakash Ceramics. The staff is polite and well-behaved, and they have almost the entire range of Jaquar products readily available. Most items can be picked up immediately, and for the few that aren’t in stock, they arrange delivery by the next day. They were very transparent about their policy from the beginning, non-defective items are not returnable but can be exchanged for the same or a higher-value product, and all defective items are fully replaceable. My plumber came almost a month later, and I was initially worried whether the items would be replaced if needed. However, to my surprise, they replaced the item immediately without asking any questions. Really appreciate their professionalism and customer-friendly approach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Jaquar products and reliable after-sales support.
