Salesperson Uma was excellent in getting all our plumbing material, she also helped in the tiles section. She coordinated with the plumber, delivery van etc and made sure we got all delivered without too much delay. Excellent salesmanship.
4 stars, because I was not able to get the tiles that I wanted, most of it was out of stock.

I bought bathroom fittings from here for my house. Horrible post sales service. Have been chasing them (Mr Rajesh) for the last 10 days for the warranty card. Not sure if the fittings are genuine, otherwise I don't understand their reluctance to share the warranty certificate. Would give them a -1/5 if there was an option.
Update: I got the owner's number from an earlier review and reached out to him over a call. He promptly helped us with the resolution. Therefore, updating the stars from 1 to 3. However, the updated rating reflects our entire ordeal from the start to end.
