Here I have to mention one staff name Mamatha for her Excellent service to customers. In our case she became the one ppint contact after we fixed our rate she carried forward from beginning ro end. She given hassle free service with respect to selection of products, colours and all on fingertips. She is so genuine and fast decision making in delivery, taking back in case sone products after delivery and adjusting bill with exchanged products with returned materials....and so on....so in my opinion one point contact. One place solutions for u means definitely HSR ceramics....first meet owner for fixing the rate and then mamatha will ensure best service to u till the end .

We got lucky with Ms Gowri who quickly took over the BoQ and budget creation process after the initial browsing and selection.
