I dealt with them for my house bathroom shower glass. I had a good experience. I got contact from someone else. These guys then sent someone for measurement and then jaguar person gave me the quotation. He gave me some discount too. The glass was installed two weeks after I placed the order. They take 50 percent advance payment and rest 50 percent during installation. Installation was good. How it works with jaguar is that, jaguar does all the installation but the payment and purchase is through the dealer. Even the price quotation was given by jaguar itself. The dealers act like leads. But overall, the experience was good. Initially there were some hiccups. Response was not proactive but after that they were quite responsive. Even for balance payment, I did it 3 days after the installation and they did not pester me with payment reminders
