For the most part, the team here is accommodating and works to resolve customer issues effectively. The only challenge lies in the after-sales process. If you encounter issues with a product, you may need to coordinate extensively, repeatedly explaining your concerns to get replacements or solutions. This can be frustrating, especially when delivery timelines stretch due to item unavailability. However, they do eventually deliver the desired product, and their willingness to accept returns and address concerns is commendable. For instance, I returned multiple sealed boxes due to fit and finish issues from Jaquar itself, and not once did the staff complain or resist – a big thumbs up to them for that! That said, one item from my purchase is still unaccounted for. While the shop claims it was delivered, I’m unable to confirm this due to the hustle and bustle during the process. While such instances could be improved, the overall service is satisfactory. I would recommend enhancing the shopping experience by creating a more welcoming ambiance, perhaps by using subtle perfumes, and providing regular training for staff to maintain a consistent standard of service.
