I was pleasantly surprised with their collection across multiple brands and most importantly their sales rep namely Farid was very helpful in understanding our requirement and then showing us relevant products very clearly explaining pros and cons of each of them. I did not negotiate hard but i thought that i have got the best prices based on the volume that i ordered. Delivery was done in a timely manner. Need to mention about other person, Puja, with whom i dealt remotely with my choices and she also lived upto the expectations. Another important point to mention - their next gen owner Mr Kishan Chopra was also so humble and courteous in his interactions with us and his employees. Happy employees results in happy customers.
